To revalidate this observation, 54 healthy Ibusuki citizen subjects ingested dried-bonito broth for 62 days twice after an interval for 64 days. Measurement of body composition and blood biochemical parameters were performed before and after each ingestion period. The serum adiponectin level after the each ingestion period were significantly higher than that before the ingestion.
