However, these results were not effective on sanitary education for handling of dish towel.Therefore, it is necessary to investigate method of experiment. Experiments to detect Staphylococcus sp. and Salmonella sp. from marketing foods were effective on sanitary education for using chopping board properly on each foodstuff.Sanitary education was not effective for unconsciously touch head, hair, pierced earrings.
