Those were proportional to temperature and relative humidity. The contents were fewer in kitchen B1 than in other spaces.\n The predominant members of airborne bacteria flora were detected in the order of gram-positive non-sporeforming rods, gram-negative rods, gram-positive cocci excepting staphylococci and micrococci.\n The isolation frequencies of those were shown to vary in each seasons. Gram-positive non-sporeforming rods were isolated at the highest frequency during July, gram-negative rods at the highest during April, gram-positive cocci excepting staphylococci and micrococci at the highest during November.\n The detective frequency of Staphylococcus aureus among airborne bacteria was nearly equal to that of Bacillus cereus, that of S. aureus among staphylococci was 32% and highest in July, B. cereus among bacilli was 24%, highest in November throughout this research period.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"鹿児島女子短期大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0286-8970","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"村山, 恵美子"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2439","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2015-01-23"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"kiyou_30_1995_41-46.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"861.7 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_11","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"女子短大における厨房,食堂,学生ホールの空中浮遊細菌に関する研究II : 季節変動","url":"https://kwjc.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/880/files/kiyou_30_1995_41-46.pdf"},"version_id":"ef43cd7e-3190-41cb-b270-7936916dc272"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"女子短大における厨房,食堂,学生ホールの空中浮遊細菌に関する研究II : 季節変動","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"女子短大における厨房,食堂,学生ホールの空中浮遊細菌に関する研究II : 季節変動"},{"subitem_title":"Airborne bacteria in Women's Junior College kitchens, dining rooms and students hall (part 2) : Seasonal Dynamics","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"11","path":["85"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2015-04-01"},"publish_date":"2015-04-01","publish_status":"0","recid":"880","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["女子短大における厨房,食堂,学生ホールの空中浮遊細菌に関する研究II : 季節変動"],"weko_creator_id":"11","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-19T13:24:37.770039+00:00"}
